The front staff is wonderful with scheduling. Christina, Dr. Vakay’s assistant is so caring, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Vakay is trustworthy, skilled and is great with calming a nervous patient, like myself. I met Dr. Abel for the first time, and he too is calming and knowledgeable. This entire practice is a team….from when you walk in, to when you leave. They all know their role and excel. Makes going to the dentist not as bad as it used to be. If you’re looking for a dental practice, give these folks a chance. They will show you what true professionalism looks like.John Iver2024-03-24I recently had the pleasure of visiting Centreville Dental Wellness for a new patient assessment and cleaning, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the reception staff, Michelle, who made me feel instantly welcome and at ease. Although small, the waiting area was clean and comfortable. My dentist, Dr. Jason Abel, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain the procedures he recommended. Throughout the examination, Dr. Abel made sure I was comfortable and continuously checked in to see if I had any questions. The dental hygienist who performed my cleaning, Holly, was equally impressive. She gentle yet thorough, and I could immediately tell she took great pride in her work (imagine - 35 years of dental hygiene experience!). Holly provided me with helpful tips on how to improve my oral hygiene and maintain a healthy smile between visits. Furthermore, the entire staff, from the dental assistants to the administrative team, was friendly, courteous, and professional. It's evident that they prioritize patient care and strive to create a positive experience for everyone who walks through their doors. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience at Centreville Dental Wellness Center. I left feeling confident in the care I received and grateful to have found such a reputable dental practice.Felix Fontecha2024-03-19It was a wonderful experience! 2 years past since the last time I visited a dentist (not my favorite place to go) but my inner mind brought me here. I'm so glad I pay attention this time. The technology has improved so they can now not just x-ray but photography all surfaces in my mouth and I could see them very clearly. BUT, I am so thankful for Centreville Dental Wellness Center. Walking in the front door for an appointment, I am ALWAYS welcomed so warmly by the staff. They have the brightest smiles and emit such positive energy, and it's obvious they enjoy their jobs and each other. So thankful for the dental hygienist who is super encouraging to me, reminds me to breathe and relax my shoulders (even when I'm not even aware how my body is reacting!) I've been forever impacted by Dr. Vakay's technician during dental procedures who has squeezed my hand to give me strength -- such a small gesture but so helpful that I've paid this forward many times for others who are anxious! Dr. Vakay is always supportive, encouraging and emits such strength herself that I believe her and trust her judgment and recommendations. I loved hearing her say at my last visit regarding her job, "it is my joy and my purpose." There is no doubt she is doing what she is called to do! AND with JOY!Load more
